New Rain 2 & 3

New Rain Animation 2 & 3.

One animation has sparkles and the other has lighting type swirls coming from the center. Hope you get to use them for your tagging projects.

Well I tried really hard and for many hours to get some good rain animations.

I've always found these to be the most challenging. Color, shadow, size, blur, etc.

Anyway, hopefully the 3 I've got for you here will fufill some of your tagging needs.
