Made a new tutorial inspired by Sweet Occasion Designs spring kit: Sweet Floral Explosion!
There is a lot of beautiful flowers and bunches of flowers and bows and lovely papers.
Here is the tutorial and animation preview as well as the download link to animations 372-375 which are very spring like. Just want to let you know that the tiny colorful flies are already in an Ani package, number 295. I've re-included it in this download because I added a drop shadow to each and every layer. I like it when they pop off the tag. :)
